1-Year Limited Warranty

At Prevalucent, we stand behind the quality of our products. All Prevalucent products purchased from prevalucent.com are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered (Warranty Applies)

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product damage that occurs under normal intended use and is not caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or unauthorized modification.

Covered issues may include:

• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Seam or stitching failures
• Zipper defects
• Filling or foam defects
• Fabric defects not caused by misuse
• Structural defects affecting normal product use

What Is NOT Covered (Warranty Void)

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Accidents or misuse
• Improper washing or care
• Cuts, burns, stains, or pet damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized alterations or repairs
• Damage caused by use outside the product's intended purpose

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If your product has a covered warranty issue within one year of delivery, please contact us at support@prevalucent.com.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date the order is delivered.
