1-Year Limited Warranty

At Prevalucent, we stand behind the premium quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are proud to provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser, ensuring your pillow is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

This warranty begins on the date of delivery and lasts for exactly one (1) year.

What Is Covered (Warranty Applies)

This warranty covers the following manufacturing defects, provided the pillow has been handled according to our care instructions:

  • Permanent Sagging or Indentations: Any visible indentation or depression in the foam/filling measuring greater than 1 inch, which is not associated with a sag in your bed or improper use.

  • Material Cracking or Splitting: Any physical flaw in the foam core causing the material to split or crack under normal use.

  • Defective Zippers or Seams: Any manufacturing defect in the pillow cover zipper assembly or stitching that fails under normal handling.

What Is NOT Covered (Warranty Void)

This warranty is limited to structural and manufacturing defects and does NOT cover:

  • Normal Softening & Comfort Preference: A slight change in the softness or recovery speed of the foam over time is normal and does not constitute a defect. Comfort preference (e.g., feeling the pillow is "too firm" or "too soft") is not covered.

  • Improper Care and Washing: Damage caused by improper cleaning (e.g., machine-washing or machine-drying a foam core that is specified as non-washable, or using harsh bleaching agents).

  • Physical Abuse and Misuse: Damage resulting from tears, cuts, burns, stains, liquid spills, mold from moisture, or damage caused by pets.

  • Second-hand Purchases: This warranty applies only to items purchased directly from our official website by the original buyer and is non-transferable.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect within the 1-year period, please contact our support team at support@yourdomain.com with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number and the email address used for the purchase.

  2. A brief description of the defect.

  3. Clear photos or a short video showing the defect (for example, using a ruler to measure a permanent indentation).

Our Remedy

If after inspection we confirm a valid manufacturing defect, Prevalucent will, at our sole discretion, either send you a brand-new replacement pillow 100% free of charge or provide a full refund. You will not be charged for any additional shipping or handling fees for valid warranty replacements.
